Our Logo – Ignite The Flame Within
The Flame symbol is based on the concept of using the flame within ourselves to light the way and be inspired to progress and excel. The symbol is a rendition of a flame that loosely resembles an embryo, depicting creation or a new beginning.
The Flame has been inspired by the phrase ‘Lead Kindly Light’ from a hymn by John Henry Newman titled “the Pillar of Cloud”. This phrase is also a favorite of Mahatma Gandhi, as was quoted in the book ‘Gandhiji’s philosophy and the quest for harmony’.
